During law school, Allison was a student attorney in the University of Arkansas Human Trafficking Legal Clinic, and she was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann of the Western District of Arkansas. Allison was also named Best Overall Advocate and Best Advocate Team in the Trial Advocacy Grand Championship led by the Honorable Timothy L. Brooks of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Prior to joining Mims Ballew Hollingsworth, Allison represented employees in lawsuits involving claims for unpaid overtime and minimum wages, tipped employee issues, discrimination, and retaliation.
Allison is passionate about advocating for people who are faced with complex legal disputes. She works tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for her clients by utilizing creative legal strategies and making certain that no detail is overlooked.
In her free time, Allison enjoys entertaining, playing board games, and being outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, Chief and Copper.
