Constance Mims

Constance Mims

Constance Mims has over fifteen years of experience practicing exclusively family law. Mrs. Mims is Board Certified in Family Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is Collaborative Law certified and is a shrewd negotiator, not to mention her experience in the most challenging child custodychild supportspousal maintenancealimonyprenuptial agreements, and divorce issues, both in court and in the appellate arena.

Constance practices out of Southlake and Fort Worth but represents clients all over the state of Texas. Constance works hard to get cases settled but can navigate the most bitter and legally challenging cases with just as much ease.

Constance graduated from Texas Christian University in 2002 (“Go Frogs”) and received her Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, which is now known as Texas A&M University School of Law, in 2007. While at TCU, Constance majored in Political Science and was a Mary I. Gourley Scholar. Constance is also a member of the St. Patrick’s Cathedral Parish of Fort Worth.

Constance is a wife, a mother, a sister, a grandmother, a parishioner, and a friend to many. This background aids Mrs. Mims in understanding the family dynamics that make every case different; she thinks outside the box.

If you would like to discuss your case with Constance or one of our other experienced Southlake and Fort Worth Attorneys, please call 817-900-8330 for a phone, in-person, or virtual consultation.
