Allison H. Luttrell

Overview
Allison Luttrell is an attorney with Mims Ballew Hollingsworth and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since November 2020. Ms. Luttrell brings a strong background in federal civil litigation, including representing plaintiffs in complex wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various employment discrimination lawsuits.

Ms. Luttrell’s federal practice experience began during law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Ms. Luttrell also participated in a corporate externship in Walmart’s Compliance and Global Ethics division, gaining valuable experience in regulatory compliance and standards verification in a multinational business context. She also distinguished herself in the Trial Advocacy Grand Championship led by District Judge Timothy L. Brooks of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, where she was named Best Overall Advocate and Best Advocate Team.

Since joining Mims Ballew Hollingsworth, Ms. Luttrell has represented clients in divorce, child custody, and property disputes. She regularly conducts contested hearings, mediations, discovery conferences, depositions, and dispositive briefing in both state and federal court. Ms. Luttrell’s practice also involves representing clients in business litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership disputes, and defending False Claims Act (FCA) lawsuits.

Ms. Luttrell’s ability to navigate complex litigation from pre-suit strategy through final resolution gives her clients a significant advantage in and out of the courtroom. She is committed to providing clients with thoughtful, results-oriented representation in both business and personal legal matters.
